Drop rate for named items is 10/16/33% on N/H/E, with +1% per skull if you're running Reaper. That's what the devs have been using for the last few years, and as far as Ravenloft goes it's pretty consistent. My experience is that Ravenloft hits that percentage quite well. If you usually get 1 named per chest you're hilariously lucky lol.
